Who is responsible for your information
re:context is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. The service is run by Fara in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, email[email protected].
What the Context Review collects
The form asks for your name, email address, what you are preparing to do, what is currently not landing and when you may be ready to begin. You may also attach one relevant document, deck, image or voice note.
Cloudflare processes limited technical information needed to deliver the site, check the Turnstile spam-protection challenge and protect the form. This can include your IP address, device/browser information and request timing.
Please do not send passwords, bank or card details, identity documents, medical information or other highly sensitive information. Remove home addresses, dates of birth and personal contact details from documents where they are not relevant to the review.
Why the information is used
- To read what you send, prepare the requested Context Review and reply to you.
- To decide honestly whether re:context can help further and, where appropriate, send a private recommendation.
- To keep the form secure, prevent abuse and diagnose delivery failures.
- Only if you select the optional box, to retain useful context so you do not have to repeat it if you return.
The main legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract. Security and abuse prevention rely on re:context’s legitimate interests in operating a safe service. Optional longer-term context is kept on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How the form is delivered
The form is processed by Cloudflare. Resend then relays the submission and any attachment to the re:context business inbox. The website does not add submissions to a database, contact list, marketing list or public file store. re:context does not sell your information and does not use it for advertising.
Cloudflare, Resend and the business email provider act as service providers. Resend's standard service currently retains sent email data for 30 days for delivery and support. These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom using the safeguards described in their applicable data-protection terms.
No decision about you is made solely by an automated system. Fara reads and responds to the review personally.
How long information is kept
- If you do not ask re:context to retain useful context and no engagement begins, the submission and attachment are deleted within 90 days of the reply.
- If you select the optional context-retention box, the submission may be kept for up to 12 months after the most recent contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
- If you become a client, relevant information moves into the client record and is handled under the engagement agreement and applicable legal or accounting requirements.
- Minimal security and delivery records may be held for a shorter operational period by the technology providers.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, restrict or delete your personal information. You can also withdraw optional context-retention consent or object where processing relies on legitimate interests. These rights can depend on the circumstances and are not always absolute.
Email [email protected] from the address used for your review. re:context will normally respond within one month.
If you remain concerned, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and changes
re:context does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile uses security signals to distinguish genuine submissions from abuse.
