You’re missing context.

For capable people preparing to make a serious move, especially when your experience spans roles, industries or more than one direction. I help you uncover the thread that connects it and turn it into a professional story people can understand.

The first step is on me

Send me one thing that is not showing what you can really do.

It could be your CV, LinkedIn profile, cover letter, application, interview answer, outreach message, presentation or deck, or a short explanation of the move you are considering. I’ll identify whether the real problem is your direction, your positioning, your evidence or the way you are using it, then tell you what is already working and the first change I would make. If I believe re:context can help further, I’ll send you a private recommendation and clear scope.

  1. 01Direction

Is the move you are considering clear, and does it build on what you have already done?

  2. 02Positioning

Does your story explain why you, or could it belong to anyone?

  3. 03Evidence

Is your strongest proof visible, specific and easy to believe?

  4. 04Use

Are the right materials doing the right job at each step of the move?

A considered decision

Is re:context right for you?

re:context is for people preparing to act, willing to examine their experience properly and ready for a high-touch private process. That is worth knowing before you send anything.

Not sure which side you fall on? Send one thing for the free review and you will get an honest answer either way.

Start with the free review

It will suit you if

  • You are preparing a real move and want it taken seriously.
  • You are willing to look at your experience properly, including the questions that take thought.
  • You want work that stays true to what you have actually done.

It is not

  • A quick CV tidy for this week’s deadline.
  • A mass-application or bulk-rewrite service.
  • A shortcut, or a promise of interviews or offers.

Your professional context, kept together

re:source

You should not have to start from zero again.

re:source is a structured private record created and handed over as part of your engagement. It organises your evidence, positioning, professional stories and finished materials, so future applications, interviews, outreach and presentations start from a stronger place instead of a blank page.

What you have done

Your evidence, results, decisions and strongest examples.

How to position it

The themes, language and direction that connect your experience.

How to use it next

Approved materials and a starting point for future opportunities.

re:source is created as part of your engagement and handed over directly to you. Nothing is published or sent on your behalf, useful context is only retained with your permission, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Handled with care

Privacy & confidentiality

Some of what you share will be personal. Old CVs, unfinished ideas, voice notes, presentations, feedback or moments from your career that matter to you. I treat everything you share with care and only use it to deliver the work you’ve asked for.

Only what’s needed

I only ask for the material I need to understand and complete the work.

Used for your project

What you share is used to deliver the work you’ve asked for. It’s not sold or used for advertising.

Technology supports the process

Trusted technology may help me organise information and keep context. I make the judgement and personally refine every final piece.

You approve the final work

Nothing is sent or published on your behalf. You see and approve every final version.

Keeping context is optional

Ongoing context is only kept with your permission. You can ask for working materials to be deleted at any time.

The secure form sends your review directly to my business inbox. Nothing is added to a marketing list or public file store. Read the full privacy notice.

Fara / founder, re:context

The human behind it

Hello, I’m Fara.

I started re:context because I kept seeing capable people undersell themselves in writing. The value was already there. It was buried under modest words, disconnected experiences and missing context. My background is in analysis and commercial problem-solving, so my job is to find the useful signal, test it against the evidence and hand it back in language that still sounds like you.

Questions

Questions you may have

More questions? [email protected]

Who is re:context for?

Capable early and mid-career people preparing to make a serious move. Your experience may span different jobs or industries, a career change, more than one credible direction, or employment alongside creative, freelance or business work. What matters is that you have real experience and are ready to use it properly.

Do I need a tidy career path?

No. Meaningful experience rarely comes from one straight line. Employment, freelance and client work, projects, a business, volunteering, caring responsibilities and things you’ve built or organised yourself all count. Part of my job is helping you recognise what’s relevant.

Who does the work?

I do. I read what you send, ask the questions and write or refine the final piece. Technology helps me organise information and keep useful detail together, but it doesn’t decide what matters or how your work should be presented.

What can I send for the free Context Review?

Send the one thing that is not showing what you can really do. It might be a CV, LinkedIn profile, cover letter, application, interview answer, outreach message, presentation or deck, or a short explanation of the move you are considering. The reply tells you whether the real problem is your direction, positioning, evidence or the way you are using it.

Is the free review really free?

Yes. It is a focused written review of what is already working, what may be getting lost and the first change I would make. It is not a sales call or a complete rewrite.

Will it still sound like me?

That’s the aim. I write from your real experience and pay attention to how you naturally explain things. You see and approve every final version, and we refine anything that doesn’t feel right.

What can the private engagement include?

Every engagement starts with your Context Blueprint, core positioning and a professional story you can keep using. The tailored work can then include CV versions, a complete LinkedIn rewrite, application or cover-letter systems, interview preparation, outreach, presentation or deck support, and professional framing for a project, portfolio or small business.

What if I’m exploring more than one direction?

Having more than one genuine interest does not make you scattered. It usually means the connecting story has not been written yet. I work out what links the directions, where they genuinely differ and what each one needs, without forcing everything into a single generic profile.

How will I know the scope before I commit?

If I believe re:context can help after your free review, I will send you a private recommendation showing what I suggest we build, why those outputs matter and how the engagement would work. You can read it properly before deciding whether to continue.

What is re:source?

re:source is the structured private record created and handed over as part of your engagement. It keeps your evidence, positioning, approved stories and completed materials together, so a future application, interview, introduction or presentation does not begin from a blank page. Useful context is only retained with your permission.

How long does an engagement take?

A complete private engagement is usually shaped as a focused four-week process. Your private recommendation will confirm the timing for your scope before you decide, and the schedule begins once the context session is complete and I have the agreed materials.
